Teaching kids aged 7-14 how to code in languages such as JavaScript, Lua, and C#. This job includes problem solving to help students find a solution to errors in their code as well as advising them on how to improve game mechanics and design.

StandardAero [Internship]

Internship for MITT. Standard Aero gave hands on experience in a help desk related role. This internship includes hardware and new user setup, problem solving to help users with technical issues, device repairs, device upgrades, new device deployment, and data wiping. This internship started May 01, 2023, and ended September 30, 2023.

StandardAero [Desktop Support Analyst]

Full time service desk technician. StandardAero gave me hands on experience in a service desk related role. This job required me to work in on-premises environment. Skills enhanced or obtained include further knowledge of the windows operating system, further knowledge of active directory from a service desk point of view, further knowledge on hardware and software issues , better troubleshooting skills. This position started October 2, 2023 up until present time.

General Experience

Knowledge of network configurations and management of Cisco devices; computer diagnosis and repair; Windows 10 and Server 2016 as well as Active Directory configurations. Fundamental knowledge of Linux operating systems such as Red Hat and Debian based distros. Comptia A+ and Security+ Certified. Semi-finalist in CyberPatriot XIV and finalist in CyberTitan (Windows Server 2016/2019).
